o Transaction requests should be submitted by our cut-off time at 4pm SGT on business days, allowing us to initiate funds processing on the same business day.
o Once our team has executed the transaction, the processing timeline will depend on our payment partner's end (typically within 2 business days). Delays may be caused by bank checks, which are beyond our direct control. Transactions are exclusively processed during business days.
o For any delays past T+3, Customers are advised to contact us or their receiving bank directly to enquire.
o Unfortunately, we are not able to successfully process every application that we receive for an ODIN Pay account.

o This is a feature that we are currently developing but not yet supported, we will inform you once the PayNow capability is available.
o This will depend on the time that our partner bank receives your funds. If the funds arrive by 4pm SGT on a business day, our team will credit your account by end of day. Otherwise, the funds will be credited to your wallet by the next business day. Delays may be caused by bank checks, please contact us for further assistance on this matter.
